Peugeot's TT: the 308 RC Z
If you're designing a mid-sized coupe from scratch, it's hard to ignore the head-swivelling, original Audi TT. Peugeot clearly thinks so - its Frankfurt show star, the new 308 RC Z unveiled today, looks like a Chinese facsimile of the Mk1 TT, especially viewed in profile. Maybe that's why Peugeot introduced a clumsy kink in the waistline (a la Hyundai Matrix), to disrupt the Germanic body language...

Supercars in the Noughties
They say power can corrupt, but the horsepower race raged well into the current decade. Ferrari built the Enzo, Porsche the Carrera GT and then came the car that trumped them all: the Bugatti Veyron. The definitive hypercar once again moved the goalposts – although this time, we suspect they’ll remain moved forever.
WITH VIDEO -- There's always something cool to see at Supercar Sunday, usually a few hundred cool things to see. "[It's] the perfect way to spend a Sunday morning," collector Bruce Meyer said, driving up in his '32 Ford. "Get out early, enjoy the morning, get back before the family knows you're gone."
It's one of a handful of casual, early morning weekend shows in Southern California that are worth getting up for before breakfast.
